About CaseBase

CaseBase, provided by String Inc., is software for community supervision. Client users can sign in to view their schedules, exchange messages, review notifications, and use the features available in their accounts.

Two choices. You control each one.

Messages by text

Receive conversations by SMS and, where two-way messaging is enabled, reply by text to those conversations in CaseBase.

Text notifications

Receive automated updates triggered by activity in CaseBase, such as appointment reminders, schedule changes, and account updates.

Choose either, both, or neither. We send only the categories you enable, with no advertising or promotional messages. Texting is not required to use CaseBase or purchase anything.

How to set up your preferences

  1. Sign in to your CaseBase client account.
  2. Open My Account → Text Message Settings.
  3. Review the phone number on your account, the SMS terms, and the privacy policy. Contact a staff member if your number needs to be corrected.
  4. Accept the SMS terms, select the categories you want, and save your choices. Confirm that you own or are authorized to use the number shown.

Providing a phone number or accepting general app terms does not enroll you. Each category requires your separate, affirmative choice.

Charges, help, and stopping texts

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. STOP may stop both categories from the same sender. To change just one category, update and save your choices in My Account.

For help, email support@casebase.co. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. CaseBase texting is not an emergency service; call 911 for emergencies.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted; use the authenticated app for sensitive information.
